This blog is about my 3-year plus quest, seeking justice in the High Courts of Malaysia against a fellow Golden Retriever breeder and exhibitor. The Defendant had circulated a malicious SMS (cell phone text message) in 2006, accusing me of changing the name of a pedigree dog, something which other's may attempt doing, BUT I WILL NEVER DO AS I WILL ALWAYS KEEP MY PEDIGREES TRUE.
I will never ever, ever report a false breeding, nor will I even attempt to title multiple dogs but merely putting just on dog into the Show Ring under names.
This blog will keep you posted with the Court transcripts, the Court judgement and events that have transpired out of Court.
